**TRANSPORT FEE – FINAL REMINDER**

Assalamalikum, 

Parents who have opted for the school transport facility for the convenience of their wards are once again requested to **clear all pending transport dues by today, 16 September**.

The school does **not demand transport fees in advance** and has always tried to accommodate parents who genuinely face difficulty by giving them reasonable time when they approach the school and communicate their situation.

However, despite repeated reminders, a considerable number of parents have still not cleared their dues. This makes it difficult for the school to meet essential transport expenses, including **drivers’ salaries, fuel and other related costs**.

We also request parents to understand that **responsibility towards a child cannot be shifted entirely to the school**. If a child is sensitive and gets stressed when transport service is affected because of unpaid dues, the solution is not to blame the school. Rather, such children need parents who are **more careful and responsible about fulfilling their commitments**.

If you owe money to the market, an institution, or any service provider and do not fulfil your commitment, the consequences ultimately affect the family. **Blaming others does not remove one's responsibility.**

The school has always extended a helping hand to parents who genuinely come forward and request time. We are happy to cooperate with responsible parents, but repeated reminders cannot continue indefinitely.

Therefore, as already communicated, **from 17 September, drivers will not pick up wards whose transport dues remain unpaid, until the pending amount is cleared.**

**Please do not allow your child to suffer because of an avoidable delay in fulfilling your responsibility.**

ٹرانسپورٹ فیس – آخری یاد دہانی**

**محترم والدین،**

جن والدین نے اپنے بچوں کی سہولت کے لیے اسکول ٹرانسپورٹ سروس اختیار کی ہے، ان سے ایک بار پھر گزارش ہے کہ **آج 16 ستمبر تک تمام بقایا ٹرانسپورٹ فیس ادا کریں۔**

اسکول ٹرانسپورٹ فیس **پیشگی طلب نہیں کرتا** اور جو والدین واقعی کسی مشکل میں ہوں اور اسکول آکر اپنی صورتحال بتاتے ہیں، انہیں ہمیشہ مناسب مہلت دینے کی کوشش کی گئی ہے۔

لیکن بار بار یاد دہانی کے باوجود بہت سے والدین نے ابھی تک اپنی بقایا فیس ادا نہیں کی، جس کی وجہ سے **ڈرائیوروں کی تنخواہ، فیول اور دیگر ضروری ٹرانسپورٹ اخراجات** پورے کرنا مشکل ہو جاتا ہے۔

والدین سے یہ بات بھی سمجھنے کی درخواست ہے کہ **بچے کی ذمہ داری صرف اسکول کی نہیں بلکہ والدین کی بھی ہے۔** اگر کوئی بچہ حساس ہے اور بقایا فیس کی وجہ سے ٹرانسپورٹ سروس متاثر ہونے پر stress محسوس کرتا ہے، تو اس کا حل اسکول کو ذمہ دار ٹھہرانا نہیں، بلکہ والدین کا **اپنی ذمہ داری کے معاملے میں زیادہ محتاط اور ذمہ دار ہونا** ہے۔

اگر ہم بازار، کسی ادارے یا کسی سروس کے واجبات وقت پر ادا نہیں کرتے تو اس کا اثر آخرکار **ہمارے اپنے گھر اور بچوں پر پڑتا ہے۔ الزام لگانے سے ہماری ذمہ داری ختم نہیں ہو جاتی۔**

اسکول نے ہمیشہ ان والدین کا تعاون کیا ہے جو خود آگے بڑھ کر اسکول سے مہلت کی درخواست کرتے ہیں۔ ہم ذمہ دار والدین کے ساتھ تعاون کے لیے ہمیشہ تیار ہیں، لیکن بار بار یاد دہانی کے باوجود واجبات ادا نہ کرنا قابلِ قبول نہیں ہو سکتا۔

لہٰذا، جیسا کہ پہلے بھی اطلاع دی جا چکی ہے، **17 ستمبر سے جن بچوں کی ٹرانسپورٹ فیس بقایا ہوگی، ان کے لیے ڈرائیور اسکول پک اینڈ ڈراپ سروس فراہم نہیں کریں گے، جب تک تمام بقایا جات ادا نہیں کیے جاتے۔**

**براہِ کرم اپنی ذمہ داری بروقت پوری کریں اور اپنے بچے کو ایک ایسی مشکل سے بچائیں جس سے آسانی سے بچا جا سکتا ہے۔**
